2. Quotation
Based on the inquiry you send to us, our sales manager will first confirm the details of the products you need. And then quote you the prices accordingly. This process will cost some times. Once we have all necessary info, we will organize them and send a quotation list to you.
3. Confirmation
If you do accept our quotation. We will re-confirm the products with you including the product pictures, the part number, the truck model or engine model, the size and etc to make sure it is the right parts for you. Then we will confirm the way to ship the products. We do offer the express delivery (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT, ARAMEX), air freight, and sea freight. After these, we will creat an invoice and send back to you.
4. Payment
